Council Tax by Email and not Post

I tried to register for ditital council tax. I failed dismally and ended up having no idea what the cost of my council tax was and Torfaen taking payments from me. I tried to use the front line desk but failed. After about 3 months i managed to get in touch with someone who emailed me a bill and as they cant get the system to work i have been put on paper billing. Apparently the system only works sometimes and no one seems capable of fixing it.

So fix the system and encourage people to get an e-bill

save paper (green)

save costs (no postage)

arrive with recipient more quickly
