Survey sources of litter

Run a survey online so that the originators of litter can be identified. Allow pictures to be uploaded as evidence. Where I live it is obvious that 75% comes from fast food outlets, and they need to take responsibility.

The sources of litter products need to engage with their responsibilities. They are making profit out of people eating offsite, and the rubbish should remain their problem.
