Litter pick more often in places where you have more litter & be more proactive in addressing the causesd in these places first. Basically stop blaming teenagers etc and get stuck in yourselves

I agree. I think the less litter there is, the less is thrown.

If everyone took responsibility for litter picking outside their own homes it would make a huge difference and reduce the need for organized litter picks in residential areas.
